Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with PVD coating machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel 70–80% of the time, nationally and internationally.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and maintain PVD machines.
• Provide hands-on technical training to customers.
• Independently schedule and coordinate service visits.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support.
• Document all service activities using company tools.
