Job summary

Carl Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Training Lead to develop and deliver training programs for US and global field sales.

You’ll cover product knowledge, competitive analysis, and new-hire onboarding, collaborating with Global Training, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Operations, and Analytics to drive effective programs. Responsibilities include field coaching, certifications, LMS management, and integrating regulatory materials to support sales growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five+ years in high-tech medical device sales or training.
• Experience with OR procedures in ophthalmology/phaco.
• Experience developing and implementing sales training programs.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead US/global sales leadership trainings on ZEISS products and applications.
• Lead training for the US and/or global sales leadership, representatives and affiliates on sales process, methodologies, tools and practices.
• Conduct field-based training (reps and occasionally customers), coaching, assessments, and certifications.
• Achieve and maintain LMS Trainer certifications, utilize globally approved training materials, and collaborate with global trainers on US Sales training needs.
• Provide in-house, on-site sales and virtual support for Carl Zeiss Meditec USA products.
• Lead training of cross-functional teams, such as marketing, clinical, operations, etc.
• Incorporate required regulatory/compliance materials into training programs.
• Drive training completion requirements and documentation.
• Provide learner feedback to sales management with follow-up actions.
