Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a Vertical Operations Manager to drive delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities across Fleet, Rental, or Dealership verticals. You will ensure installations are completed on time, meet SLAs, and scale delivery capacity while maintaining cost targets.

You will lead Field Service Engineers and field coordinators, manage installation partners, and translate sales commitments into actionable operational plans. Travel to on-site locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or technical field teams.
• Experience in automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or similar operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or FSM systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within assigned verticals.
• Ensure installations meet target timelines (2 days for Rental/Dealership, 4 days for Fleet).
• Verify maintenance visits have a defined scope and are completed on time.
• Coordinate with Sales and Implementation to translate commitments into executable plans.
• Lead Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators toward 80% utilization.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance across cost, quality, and execution.
• Drive on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and cost targets through proactive actions.
