Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a Vertical Operations Manager to drive delivery, installation, and lifecycle service across Fleet, Rental, and Dealership verticals. You will translate sales commitments into executable operational plans, oversee field teams, and optimize utilization to meet SLAs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Operations, manage installation partners, and focus on safety, quality, and cost control across multiple sites in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or technical field teams.
• Experience in automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or similar operational environment.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Travel to on-site locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, or Dealership).
• Deliver installations on time, maintain SLA compliance, scale delivery capacity, and achieve target costs.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality for installations and maintenance.
• Translate sales commitments into executable operational plans and identify associated risks.
• Manage Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators to optimize utilization.
• Oversee installation partners and contractors to monitor cost, quality, and execution.
• Drive KPI & OKR performance, including on-time delivery and first-time fix rates.
