Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a Vertical Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within Fleet, Rental, or Dealership verticals.

The role partners with Sales and Implementation to translate commitments into actionable operational plans and to scale delivery capacity while maintaining KPI targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field operations or technical operations, with strong skills in capacity planning, stakeholder management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or FSM systems.
• Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or technical field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities across Fleet, Rental, or Dealership verticals.
• Ensure on-time installations and SLA compliance; scale delivery capacity.
• Translate sales commitments into executable operational plans with risk analysis.
• Lead Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators; drive utilization.
• Manage installation partners and contractors; monitor cost, quality and execution.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, first-time fix rate, and cost per install.
• Travel to on-site locations as required.
