Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on experience with mechanical automation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Strong communication skills for customer interfacing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% annually.

Responsibilities

• Travel to domestic and international customer locations to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and training on operation and maintenance.
• Complete detailed service reports and communicate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and customers to ensure work per plan.
• Suggest improvements to equipment performance and reliability.
