Job summary

Bechtel Global Logistics is seeking a Project Logistics Specialist based in Clay, NY to coordinate domestic and international shipments for the MICRON FAB 20 project. You will work with internal teams and service providers to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery consistent with project requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience (or 6–9 years) in logistics, strong knowledge of multimodal transport and Incoterms (2020), and the ability to

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with multimodal transport and international shipments.
• Knowledge of Incoterms (2020).

Responsibilities

• Supports domestic and international multi-leg shipments to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with internal and external entities to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Maintain shipment tracking data in TMS and other systems for visibility and reporting.
• Assist with logistics bids, commitments, and contract documents per Bechtel policies.
• Organize import/export and customs documentation as required.
