Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in labor relations or related field.
• 2–5 years relevant experience or 6–9 years in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of PLA and union practices.
• Experience with wage sheets, PLA provisions, and jurisdictional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field presence and understand project operations, crafts, and jurisdictions.
• Assist with PLA administration and local/est agreements.
• Coordinate craft staffing forecasts and union referrals.
• Maintain workforce data, staffing reports, and labor documentation.
• Document jurisdictional work assignments and maintain records.
• Support pre-job conferences and labor-management meetings; prep materials.
• Research wages, union practices, and PLA requirements.
• Assist with grievance preparation and fact-finding.
