Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Logistics Security Program Manager to protect high-value shipments across global transportation networks, focusing on the Americas and Europe. You will define risk-based security controls, boost cargo visibility, and partner with Global Security, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Legal, and external providers to ensure scalable, auditable response-ready operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, security or related field.
• Experience building and managing high-value shipment security programs.
• Knowledge of shipment security controls: telematics, geofencing, tamper detection.
• Experience with risk assessments, vendor management, and multimodal networks.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (TAPA, CTPAT).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for high-value logistics security across global lanes.
• Develop risk-focused security frameworks for valuable shipments.
• Set security requirements for carriers including tracking and tamper detection.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, security and legal to embed security in contracts.
• Lead security vendor assessments, pilots, and performance management.
• Conduct carrier and lane risk assessments and incident response.
• Report security metrics and drive continuous improvement.
