Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in equipment operations, logistics, product support, field support, or related operational discipline.
• Experience managing high-value equipment and assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory, asset management, or reservation systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Galvion's global Kit Room network, including locations in Portsmouth, NH, Montreal, Canada, and Gdansk, Poland.
• Coordinate the complete lifecycle of demonstration, evaluation, training, and trade show equipment—from acquisition and deployment through refurbishment and retirement.
• Maintain accurate inventory, reservation, asset tracking, and utilization records.
• Prepare, configure, inspect, and package equipment for customer demonstrations, evaluations, training events, and trade shows.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with applicable import and export regulations.
• Develop and improve standardized Equipment Operations processes, SOPs, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure equipment is available when and where it's needed.
• Support prototype evaluations, new product introductions, and strategic customer engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment accountability, operational readiness, and asset utilization.
