Job summary

Solvus Global is seeking a decisive Field Operations Engineering Lead to drive engineering projects across hybrid manufacturing work cells, including on-site leadership in Worcester, MA.

You will own project delivery from inception to deployment, mentor a diverse team, and interface with Navy leadership for field deployments while translating complex data into actionable plans and required permits for shipyard review.

Qualifications

• US Person per FAR 22 CFR 120.15 requirement.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• At least 3+ years of demonstrated technical team leadership.
• Experience with advanced additive manufacturing, Cold Spray exposure.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering & project management across the Solvus portfolio.
• Design, develop, and operate hybrid manufacturing work cells.
• Serve as on-site liaison for Navy leadership and shipyard customers.
• Translate complex technical data into clear action plans and permits.
• Direct, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team during deployments.
