Qualifications

• Requires experience operating and maintaining landscaping and snow management equipment.
• Experience with loaders, mini excavators, snow plows, salt spreaders, and brine equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely for landscaping, snow plowing, ice management, and hydroseeding tasks.
• Perform and track routine maintenance and component checks.
• Create and follow maintenance schedules using Fleetio/MaintainX.
• Coordinate transport/delivery or pickup of equipment to sites or rental customers.
• Delegate basic tasks such as blade sharpening and oil changes.
