Job summary

Sagemcom in Dallas seeks a Field Application & Validation Engineer to act as the primary technical interface between customers and R&D teams. You will drive product validation, support deployments, investigate field-reported issues, and contribute to test automation.

Responsibilities include coordinating validation activities, maintaining customer-facing ticketing processes, and collaborating with global engineering teams to ensure quality deployments in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, technical support, product support, validation, or field engineering.
• Strong ability to manage incidents and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Proficient with ticketing systems and test/validation workflows.
• Experience with automated test frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during validation, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Support product validation activities in customer environments.
• Investigate, document, and track product issues and anomalies.
• Maintain and evolve the customer ticketing system integration with central ticket management.
• Coordinate incidents and service requests through resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in Dallas, France, and Tunisia on product quality and deployments.
