Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Wireless Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership in embedded systems, networking, or broadband.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-volume products to market.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product line delivery from concept to launch for Tier 1 North American operators.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software, hardware, RF, and mechanical disciplines.
• Define program strategy, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and external certifications.
• Engage with customers, partners, and executives to align objectives.
• Mentor technical leaders and drive talent development.
