Job summary

Sagemcom is a leading technology integrator and the worldwide N°1 provider of broadband solutions. We seek a Field Application & Validation Engineer to act as the technical interface between customers and R&D, focusing on validation, deployment and issue reproduction.

You will develop validation procedures, automate tests, manage incidents through a ticketing system, and collaborate with R&D teams in Dallas, France and Tunisia to ensure product quality and successful customer deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or field engineering.
• Background in product validation and test execution.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during validation and issue resolution.
• Support product validation activities in customer environments.
• Investigate, document, and track product issues and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain automated validation tests for common workflows.
• Coordinate incidents and service requests through resolution with internal teams.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in Dallas, France and Tunisia.
