Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing third-party construction or infrastructure vendors, tracking delivery timelines, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• 3+ years experience auditing completed construction, reviewing fiber test results or similar deliverables, coordinating site access in security-regulated environments.
• 3+ years experience proactively identifying deployment bottlenecks, managing escalations, balancing business needs vs. technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to NASA GCID-FD Deployment Manager; provide regular updates to NASA and Global Senior management.
• Serve as key member of North/South America GCID-FD team, driving overall Network Infrastructure strategy.
• Manage vendor delivery timelines, measure progress, and rate performance through quality KPIs.
• Build quality management program tracking defects, mitigate risks, standardize root cause analysis, and implement performance measures.
• Create standardized reporting for MFP&A; deliver regular deployment progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage approved network plans with internal customers and construction vendors through to in-service delivery.
