Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to support and deploy one of the world’s largest and most complex telecommunication networks.

You will execute strategic plans to improve business processes and deployment of hyper-scaled cloud infrastructure, with a focus on quality control and stakeholder communication for delivery schedules. You will work with engineers, vendors and senior management, coordinating cross-functional programs across a global scale

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Network Infrastructure strategy within GCID-FD.
• Vendor management to deploy on time, measure progress, and rate through KPIs.
• Develop a quality management program tracking defects and risks.
• Create and standardize reporting mechanisms for GCID-FD and stakeholders.
• Periodically report on the overall network development program status across the region.
• Manage deployment of approved network plans with internal customers and vendors until in service.
• Coordinate access and approvals to security-regulated sites.
