Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota is seeking a collaborative leader to guide a team of fee analysts responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, and fee administration across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking.

You will partner with stakeholders to onboard clients, implement pricing agreements, and improve processes while maintaining controls and risk management. The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and delivering superior client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions.
• Three to five years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of fee analysts responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, and fee administration activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable pricing and invoicing solutions for clients across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, implementation efforts, and ongoing maintenance of pricing and fee arrangements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support the implementation of technology and process enhancements that improve efficiency and client service.
