Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to support the Global Fee Billing team in Newark.

You will focus on invoice calculation, client invoicing, and revenue accruals, collaborating with Product Data, Client Management, Operations, and Finance. The role involves working with Envestnet Revenue Manager, Oracle, and Salesforce, developing models for complex fee structures, and ensuring timely client responses while contributing to SOX audit readiness and process

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related experience in asset management or similar finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance.
• Experience with Envestnet, Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with investment performance reporting and incentive-based fees.
• Strong written communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review fee terms in investment agreements to calculate client invoices.
• Set up new accounts in Envestnet Revenue Manager for accurate invoicing.
• Support monthly accruals for third-party institutional clients.
• Develop models for performance-based fee calculations.
• Assist with month-end close and revenue-related tasks.
