Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a collaborative leader to build and guide a high-performing team within the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking Operations Global Fee Management group. You will oversee pricing, billing and fee administration for a diverse client base.

You will blend people leadership with risk management and process improvements to ensure accurate pricing, timely invoicing, and compliant operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience
• 3–5 years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
• 3–5 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fee analysts responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, and fee administration
• Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing solutions for clients across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of pricing and fee arrangements
• Foster accountability, collaboration, ongoing improvement, and professional development
• Provide subject-matter expertise and support the implementation of technology and process enhancements
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service quality and standards
• Monitor and manage operational risk by identifying gaps and strengthening controls
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws
• Support department budgeting and financial performance goals
• Evaluate and implement operational systems, processes and initiatives
