Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. The role involves leading independent feasibility assessments, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering compelling data for RFPs across indications.

You will manage multiple assignments, mentor colleagues, and develop metrics to measure feasibility impact. Strong English communication and advanced MS Office skills are essential. Travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a virtual/team environment.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and sponsor requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead feasibility assessments and RFP-related analyses with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate across therapeutic areas and multi-study programs.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility and site identification impact.
• Maintain comprehensive data records in internal libraries.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and BD to review sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Review scientific literature to inform feasibility analyses.
