Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead - Sponsor dedicated to support RFPs and paid feasibility studies across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role requires strong scientific background, data analysis, and independent work in a global, cross-functional team.

You will liaise with sponsor requirements, protocol timelines, and deliver comprehensive feasibility assessments and site recommendations. Travel flexibility is expected to support multi-country feasibility activities.

Competenze

They must hold a BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
Ability to present complex scientific data and analysis methods.
Understanding of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

Lead independent feasibility assessments for multiple RFPs and paid feasibility studies across indications.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently with varying complexity.
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose approaches for RFPs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
Mentor junior staff as needed and support department objectives.
Develop and maintain metrics to measure feasibility impact and recruitment support.
