Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions right sites first time.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decision making.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research capabilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Superior time management skills; ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must be flexible around travel and work hours if a business need should arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent feasibility assessments across multiple indications with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Provide mentoring when appropriate and support department operations.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Support management in achieving business objectives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines with Business Units and Medical Directors.
• Conduct literature research to provide background information for feasibility.
• Contribute to development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
