Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. This senior role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and project leadership within a global CRO/pharma context.

You will independently drive RFP feasibility, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with sponsor and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, data-driven site selection and feasibility reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience working in CRO/pharma settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility activities for sponsor-dedicated trials across multiple indications.
• Independently manage multiple assignments with varying complexity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Prepare pre-award site feasibility assessments and deliver presentations/reports.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintain comprehensive records and support development of feasibility systems.
