Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across multiple regions including the UK, Poland, Spain, and the US. You will independently manage RFPs, coordinate with internal teams, and develop metrics to measure feasibility impact.

Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential. The role requires presenting findings to stakeholders, mentoring junior staff, and travel as needed to support study strategies.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science required with ability to present complex scientific data.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding of CRO/Pharma industry principles and practices.
• Mentoring and training capabilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas and timelines.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to review objectives and support department operations.
• Develop and track metrics to measure feasibility impact and site identification.
