Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Director of Worldwide Field Application Engineering to lead the global FAE organization and drive technical solutions that maximize customer design wins. You will align regional strategies with corporate goals, deploy resources efficiently, and build a high-performing, globally distributed team across North America, Europe, Japan, and Korea.

The role requires deep semiconductor domain expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence C-suite

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in pre- and post-sales Field Applications Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on leadership experience building, developing, and managing large globally distributed technical teams
• Demonstrated semiconductor industry experience
• Proven track record of managing technical teams across multiple regions and cultures
• Track record of closing design-win opportunities in automotive/industrial/high-reliability markets
• Strong leadership to influence C-suite and drive cross-functional alignment
• Exceptional communication and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Data-driven decision-making with experience in sales funnel analysis and BI
