Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Facilities and Project Manager to lead global workplace initiatives across 40+ locations. You will guide design, construction, and infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency with standards while aligning with regional codes and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project management experience with complex workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and ability to read drawings, specs, and technical docs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement, risks, change controls, commissioning, and turnover.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices, ISO 14001, energy management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work in a global, remote environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent workplace design, construction, renovation, and facilities projects from planning to closeout.
• Act as owner-focused project lead, balancing business goals, occupant experience, and value.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, risk registers, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Lead operational readiness, turnover, commissioning, training, and manuals for facilities operations.
• Translate global workplace strategies into repeatable specifications and guidelines.
