Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Facilities and Project Manager to lead global workplace initiatives, ensuring sustainable, secure, and efficient offices. You will guide design, construction, and operations across regions, balancing business needs with technical performance and cost controls.

You will work with regional teams, architects, engineers, landlords, and vendors to implement standards, drive efficiency, and optimize the portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project management.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement, risks and change controls.
• Knowledge of environmental management and sustainability practices, including ISO 1401 and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent workplace design, construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facilities improvement projects from planning through turnover and closeout.
• Act as owner-focused project lead, balancing business objectives, employee experience, technical performance, cost, schedule and risk.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, change controls, risk registers and governance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Lead operational readiness and turnover, including commissioning, documentation, training, and transition to facilities operations.
• Translate workplace strategies into specifications and standards, and develop repeatable implementation guidelines.
