Job summary

DHL Corporate Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead technical and infrastructural FM services at a strategic and operational level. You will direct teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure space, systems, and budgets align with business goals while driving efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Desirable Facilities Management Certification
• More than 5 years of related experience in warehouse, office, or real estate environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and systems.
• Ensure HVAC, fire safety, elevators, and building systems function optimally.
• Manage vendors and maintenance staff; oversee contractors via KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare performance dialogues with FM teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop operating and capital budgets for facilities.
• Ensure FM team delivers high-quality services meeting business needs.
• Coordinate workspace design and utilization for staff and business needs.
• Identify savings initiatives and coordinate routine inspections.
• Oversee non-construction projects and partner with EH&S on environmental programs.
