Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Facilities and Project Manager to lead global facilities initiatives for a portfolio of 40+ locations. The role blends project leadership with technical facilities expertise to ensure sustainable, secure, and well-designed workplaces.

You will partner with regional teams, architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and security teams to translate strategy into repeatable, high-quality implementations while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project management, with responsibility for complex projects.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent workplace design, construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through turnover.
• Owner-focused project leadership balancing business objectives, experience, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, change controls and risk registers.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Lead operational readiness, turnover, commissioning, training, and maintenance documentation.
