Job summary

Landis+Gyr AG in Alpharetta, GA seeks Head of Global Facilities to develop and execute the company’s worldwide facilities strategy. You will lead a distributed team, align operations with business goals, and oversee major capital projects, workplace initiatives, and cost optimization.

You will partner with executives to ensure safe, efficient facilities that support employee experience and business continuity across multi-site operations, travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management in a multi-site, global environment.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and large projects.
• Strong budget, vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global facilities strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Establish global standards, policies, and service levels across facilities.
• Drive a consistent workplace experience across all locations.
• Create a scalable operating model balancing global consistency with local needs.
• Lead major facilities projects including relocations, renovations, and consolidations.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
