Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Facilities & Workplace Manager to oversee daily office operations and long-term space strategy across locations. You will manage leases, renovations, and vendor relationships while leading a small team to ensure safe, cost-efficient workplaces.

The role collaborates with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership to align workplace services with business needs and growth. A strong background in facilities, real estate, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, facilities management, operations, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or related area.
• Experience managing commercial office facilities, vendors, budgets, and facility projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; experience managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operation of company offices and workplace facilities.
• Develop and maintain facility standards and service expectations across locations.
• Lead lease administration, renewals, expansions, and negotiations with landlords and brokers.
• Oversee office moves, renovations, expansions, and other workplace projects.
• Develop budgets, track costs, and provide financial recommendations related to facilities.
