Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in facilities or corporate real estate.
• 5+ years in leadership roles and global/multi-site operations.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with security systems, health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global office leasing, buildouts, and space planning.
• Develop relationships with landlords, brokers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiations to support growth.
• Ensure health, safety, and building regulations compliance.
• Lead global facilities team and manage budgets.
• Coordinate global office moves and logistics.
• Travel to company offices and vendor sites as needed.
