Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks a Director of Global Corporate Facilities to lead world-wide workplace operations, office services, and administrative support teams. The role partners with executive leadership to align facilities with growth initiatives, driving efficiency and a scalable workplace environment across locations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong people-first leadership style, deep operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management, office services, or corporate operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with multi-site or global teams.
• Proven track record leading diverse teams across facilities, admin, and operations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong track record in workplace operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global facilities and office services function across locations.
• Ensure consistent execution of office operations and workplace standards.
• Mentor facilities leadership and administrative staff for high performance.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance on onboarding and workspace readiness.
• Align workplace operations with business goals, culture, and brand standards.
• Lead space planning and real estate strategy through operational insights.
