Dow Inc. is seeking an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to define sourcing opportunities and align strategies with internal partners. The role requires leading supplier qualification, RFIs/RFQs, competitive bidding and negotiation to optimize value for Dow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank, or 10 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clarify purchase scope and service requirements with stakeholders.
• Drive value from the market using acumen and best practices, propose competitive solutions.
• Assess risk profiles of markets, suppliers and purchases.
• Develop sourcing strategies meeting safety, qualification and compliance needs.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFIs/RFQs, bidding, evaluation and negotiations.
