Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope and service requirements.
• Drive value from the market with sourcing strategies and competitive solutions.
• Assess risk profiles of market, suppliers and purchases.
• Develop sourcing strategies meeting safety, qualification and compliance needs.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFIs, RFQs/RFPs, bidding, evaluations and negotiations.
• Resolve complex problems using information from multiple sources and sound judgement.
• Negotiate, execute, and implement commercial agreements per strategy.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive SRM for continuous improvement.
