Job summary

Envu seeks a Head of Global Extended Markets in the United States to drive P&L, OPEX and EBIT for a standalone B2B business spanning 27 countries. You will lead a global team, shape growth across segments such as Household insecticide and Lawn & Garden, and ensure governance and contractual excellence.

The role requires a strong track record in strategy development, senior sales/marketing leadership, and experience managing remote teams in a fast-changing market.

Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy for Global Extended Markets and achieve above market growth.
• Provide guidance and development for a global team of Senior Strategic Account Managers.
• Achieve above-market topline growth and profitability per budget commitments.
• Lead annual planning and cross-functional collaboration to deliver project excellence.
• Establish and maintain governance, NDAs, and supply agreements with key partners.
