Job summary

Envirogen seeks a VP of Sales to transform its North American commercial organization, shifting from transactional selling to a consultative, value-based approach that emphasizes customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Reporting to the Group CEO, this executive role will lead Sales Directors and Business Development Managers across three business lines and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure robust commercial commitments.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience (CSO / VP Sales / Commercial Director or equivalent).
• Proven track record transforming sales to value-based, consultative models.
• Experience leading multi-region, multi-business-line sales teams; engineered solutions context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American commercial strategy aligned with long-term growth.
• Lead and develop Sales Directors and Business Development Managers across regions.
• Drive transition from price-led to value-based selling focused on customer outcomes and TCO.
• Own order intake, revenue growth, gross margin, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline development.
• Grow recurring service and consumables revenues; increase lifetime value and predictability.
• Establish rigorous sales processes, CRM discipline, and pipeline governance.
