Capstone Precision Group is seeking an Export Sales Compliance Manager to oversee export activities, ensure compliance with laws, and drive sales growth. The role partners with management to meet goals while coordinating documentation and licensing for exports.

The candidate will manage export accounts, coordinate shipments, and file export licenses, ensuring adherence to Department of Justice and Commerce requirements and supporting overall risk management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience with export laws and regulations.
• Powerful organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage export accounts aligned with company growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with export customers.
• Coordinate export orders and shipments.
• File Export License applications with the DoD and ensure regulatory compliance.
