Bodycote is seeking an Export Control/Compliance Manager NA to oversee ITAR, EAR, and DFARS compliance, manage documentation, and coordinate with legal, IT, and operations. Qualifications

• ITAR/EAR/DFARS regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Experience auditing, reporting, and compliance controls.
• Ability to interpret government regulations and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, DFARS and related regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment and standards.
• Review documents and coordinate with plants on security of export data.
• Provide training on export control and compliance requirements.
• Lead internal audits and respond to findings.
