Job summary

Capstone Precision Group Career Center is seeking an Export Sales Compliance Manager to drive export sales while ensuring compliance with U.S. export laws. You will manage export accounts, coordinate orders, file license applications, and partner with leaders to strengthen compliance programs.

Travel up to 20% is required; the role supports regulatory documentation and audits. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA and experience with export regulations, strong communication, and meticulous organization

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience with export laws and regulations.
• Well-organized, capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage export accounts in line with growth strategies.
• Develop relationships with export customers.
• Plan and coordinate export orders and shipments.
• File Export License applications with the US Department of Defense Trade Controls.
• Ensure compliance with DOJ and DOC regulations.
• Assist in audit preparations and regulatory documents.
