Job summary

Harris Ranch Beef Company is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage export orders end-to-end. You will ensure on-time shipping from plant to cold storage with accurate USDA-certified paperwork and act as the liaison among customers, production, dock staff and USDA officials.

The role requires at least 2 years in export documentation or logistics, with Excel/Outlook proficiency and knowledge of beef terminology. On-site work with occasional storage facility visits is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in export documentation, logistics or order coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of beef cuts and industry terminology.
• Experience with ERP systems or order-entry software.

Responsibilities

• Enter export orders into the system accurately, matching customer specs and destinations.
• Prepare export documents and certificates, coordinate USDA/FSIS inspections.
• Schedule loading and inspections with the plant and third-party cold storage.
• Maintain audit-ready export records and update customers on status.
