Job summary

The Export Agent at Yusen Logistics is responsible for facilitating air and ocean shipments from booking through confirmation of export transactions, ensuring accurate rates and complete documentation in line with customer guidelines.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Windows/Office tools while coordinating with carriers, customers, and partners to maintain a smooth export process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in logistics/freight forwarding required.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Take booking requests and ensure bookings are made at current rates.
• Communicate with carriers and origin/destination locations on shipment status.
• Monitor shipments until completion and keep customers informed.
