Expeditors in Massachusetts is hiring for an Operations/Export-focused role. You will review quotations, check charges, and support air export activities including pricing and breaks/ gateway knowledge. The position emphasizes compliance, team planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 4 years in logistics, strong English, and solid communication skills, with exposure to MS Excel and Word. A strong customer-service mindset is essential in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Global logistics industry knowledge.
• 4 years of industry specific knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Graduate of IATA/FIATA introductory course (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and support with day-to-day quotations.
• Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to minimize branch losses.
• Know air Export product including Breakbulk, Gateway & Pricing knowledge.
• Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence.
• Assist the Manager with EPE’s on the department in line with the 3+1 Initiative.
• Promote compliance with company policies and regulations.
