Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a customer order management professional to oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process for international customers and affiliates. You will validate orders in JDE, ensure accurate pricing, availability, and master data, and maintain proactive communication on status and delivery.

You will coordinate international shipments, prepare export documents, and collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers while supporting intercompany supply and planning

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-cash process for assigned international customers and intercompany affiliates.
• Validate, enter, and monitor purchase orders in JDE to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and master data.
• Coordinate international shipments and export documentation in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proactive communication on order status, shipping schedules, and potential supply issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
