Job summary

Razorjack Recruiting invites an energetic entry‑level Customer Service Associate to manage customer orders from entry through delivery and to be the main contact for inquiries. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

You’ll learn international shipping and export documentation, maintain ERP data, and assist in improving customer service processes, supporting customers across the United States and globally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-4 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist in resolving order, shipping, invoicing, and documentation issues.
• Support customers throughout the United States and the world.
• Learn international shipping and export documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP and customer service systems.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
