Job summary

Ravago is seeking an Export Documentation Coordinator to ensure all export paperwork complies with US CBP and foreign country import rules. You will coordinate ocean bills of lading, audit warehouse documents, and advise on extensions when needed.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and logistics knowledge, with hybrid attendance in a fast-paced environment. You will develop relationships with ocean carriers, review contract details, and ensure correct consignee and release

Qualifications

• A college degree in Supply Chain or Logistics and/or at least 3 years of Freight Forwarding or similar Maritime supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data dashboards (Tableau) is desirable.
• English proficiency required; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export documentation to meet US CBP and country requirements.
• Create and audit Master Shipping Instructions and Ocean Bills of Lading.
• Assess financial impact of documentation decisions and advise on extensions.
• Maintain relationships with Ocean carriers and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure release instructions, retention of records, and accuracy of bills.
• Support rush orders and problem solve to meet sales targets.
