Responsibilities

• Coordinate export trafficking functions and related document distribution.
• Process documentation to ensure compliance with US customs.
• Monitor shipment status and report non-conformances.
• Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for Ocean Exports.
• Coordinate outbound movement of international freight and rates with carriers.
• Support accounting and communications activities with accuracy.
