Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking an Export Compliance Coordinator to help ensure all transactions comply with U.S. export regulations, sanctions, and internal policies.

You will serve as a resource across business units, guiding on export controls, EEI filings, and screening processes while mitigating risk and supporting operations. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Finance, plus strong data-analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of export compliance or trade compliance experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee export compliance oversight and regulatory adherence across business units
• Review and audit EEI filings for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Perform denied party, sanctions, and restricted party screening under U.S. policies
• Maintain and organize regulatory records and documentation
• Provide guidance on Incoterms, export documentation, and Schedule B descriptions
• Assist in evaluating complex international transactions with partners and freight forwarders
• Participate in compliance reviews and risk mitigation efforts
• Deliver training and awareness programs to stakeholders across functions
