Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Export & Customs Specialist to manage international shipping compliance and customs processes, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time filings. This role supports the movement of products worldwide with a strong focus on regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of export compliance experience, deep knowledge of EAR/ITAR/OFAC and foreign trade regulations, and experience with ECCN classifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of export compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and foreign trade regulations.
• Experience with ECCN classifications and international customs requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required; U.S. Customs Broker License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process export documentation and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Classify products under HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN codes.
• Resolve shipping documentation discrepancies and communicate with customers, vendors, and partners.
